Our Scout group has a new climbing wall, offering a fun and challenging experience for young people. We are inviting local businesses, individuals, and community supporters to sponsor a climbing route. Your sponsorship will help maintain the facility and provide valuable opportunities for young climbers to develop confidence, skills, and teamwork.

Sponsorship Details

💰 Suggested Donation: From £50-£250 per route – Help Support Our Scouts!

📆 Duration: One academic year (September–August).

🔄 Renewal: Sponsors get first priority to renew or change their route name before it is offered to new sponsors.

Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsorship Period: Runs from September 1st to August 31st each year.

2. Naming Guidelines: Route names must be appropriate for all ages and align with the values of the Scout movement.

3. Renewal Opportunity: Existing sponsors will be contacted to confirm renewal or name changes before new sponsors are accepted.

4. Payment & Confirmation: Sponsorship is confirmed once payment is received.

5. Display of Names: Route sponsorship names will be displayed on the climbing wall and promotional materials, subject to final approval by the Scout group.

6. Use of Funds: All sponsorship funds go towards maintaining the climbing wall and supporting Scout activities.

7. Non-Refundable: Sponsorship donations are non-refundable, even if the wall is temporarily unavailable.
