The HQ Team looks after our Scout HQ building, grounds, and equipment. Their work ensures our young people have a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming place to meet, play, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and Grounds Maintenance: Carrying out repairs and improvements to our facilities.
• Cleaning & Waste Management: Keeping the HQ clean, tidy, and ready for use.
• Activity Equipment Maintenance: Checking and maintaining equipment to make sure it’s safe and ready.
• Gardening & Grounds Care: Grass cutting, weeding, and keeping outdoor areas usable and inviting.

Ideal For: Practical, hands-on volunteers who enjoy DIY, outdoor tasks, or helping care for a shared space.
